What You'll Do 

You'll help run and maintain our digital printing presses, working alongside a Senior Digital Press Operator to deliver the quality our customers expect. You'll learn the ins and outs of digital press operations while keeping jobs moving smoothly, safely and on schedule. 

Your Day-to-Day 

• Set up and run digital printing equipment 
• Check every print job to make sure quality and color are on point 
• Work with Customer Service and Sales to fully understand each job 
• Complete all steps listed on the digital work order 
• Run bindery equipment and package finished jobs as needed 
• Keep clear records of job specs, quantities, and production times 
• Help troubleshoot and maintain equipment  
• Keep your equipment and work area clean and organized 
• Help track and restock supplies like paper, ink, and other materials 
• Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe 

What We're Looking For 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Comfortable with basic math and reading a ruler 
• Mechanically inclined with a knack for solving problems 
• Able to follow written instructions for machine set-up and care
